The club will be a buzz of activity and we hope to see around 3,000 visitors, players, supporters and families at the event.
As the host club for the event, an enormous amount of preparation is required to ensure the day goes off without a hitch. And we would love your help!
The club will be running, amongst other things, three sausages sizzles between 11am-5pm (with set up and pack down before and after this). We are looking for four helpers per hour on each of the three BBQs – two to cook, one to serve and one to collect money. If you can spare an hour or two on the day please let me know ASAP and your preference to cook or serve. Mums, Dads and partners we would love to hear from you! Please Note: For those grades that may be involved in the grand final, if you have any family or friends who can assist on the day that would be great.
